After The Fall is being built in the open. This page shows what is finished, what is being worked on right now, and what comes after, so contributors and partners can see exactly where help is needed.
We would rather be plain about being early than imply a scale we have not reached yet. A church deciding whether to trust us should be able to see what exists today and what is still ahead.
Everything that has to exist before a single church can be helped well: the legal entity, the giving channels, the language for talking about this, and the first real engagements, which are what will teach us most about what this work actually requires.

The point at which the work stops depending on two people being free. Written and video material means a church can begin on its own, at two in the morning, without asking anyone for permission. Training means someone other than the founders can sit in the room.

What the first two phases exist to make possible. Distance and delay are the real enemies here: a church in crisis needs someone close enough to keep showing up, reachable in days rather than months, and not through a waiting list.

The phases are sequential for a reason. Resources cannot be written well before we have sat with real churches, and a network cannot be trained before there is something to train people in. Phase 1 is where the whole thing is currently bottlenecked, which is why it is the only place we are asking for help.
