The prevention self-assessment
Forty-five questions your board and staff answer separately and anonymously, then read together. It does not ask whether your leaders are trustworthy. It asks whether your structure would catch a decision that should not have been made, or hide it. Free, takes about twenty minutes, and nothing you answer is visible to anyone at your church or to us.
